AS I'LL CONTINUE TO REPEAT, any National Day/Week/Month is, in my opinion, frivolously extraneous and only serves to sell more of those foods, not to "raise their awareness".

I regardless decided Saturday to initiate this May being NATIONAL BURGER MONTH with a new creation, this Rancher Burger, which features ingredients found on—or made from—any good ranch or farm, including bacon, goat cheese, egg, and, of course, beef.

Some crunchy grassy-looking alfalfa sprouts and my signature burger sauce (tomato paste, cider vinegar, orange zest, brown sugar, mustard, onion powder, hot sauce, and other seasonings) rounded out this deeply layered-in-flavor big handful and its every delicious bite.
